Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping fees or restocking fees, if applicable.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
